Snow Day
The 12 of January, it snowed.
Now I know some places have snow and it's all like so normal and casual and this is just so 'everyday'..... well, in England as soon as someone sees a snowflake the country seems to grind to a halt.
Snowmen were built, paths were cleared and gloves thawed out afterwards.

Run 2 - Sunday Jan 8 2017
Total distance so far this year: 16.36 km
Added 9.32km today, and feeling the lack of exercise over the past few weeks. The lingering after effects and exertion yesterday meant I had to dig deep.
The routes I run are in and around Royal Tunbridge Wells, and flat it is not. Situated in the North Downs in Kent you'll find that any direction you go is either uphill or down. There do seem to be an awful lot of ups compared to the downs.
Today's run started like yesterday, but after heading out of Dunorlan Park, turned out of town and headed out along Forest Road before dropping down past the Nevill Cricket Grounds ending up near the Panties. Then a climb back through town followed by the final kilometre descent back to base.
